We are looking for an experienced Direct Marketing Account Manager to work as part of a growing and successful team to manage below the line DM and database projects for a range of blue chip foodservice clients.
Support Client Service Director to provide a high level of quality client service.
Advise clients on developing and maintaining planned and managed direct marketing contact strategies using data, information and telemarketing to drive strategic and tactical direction.
Responsibilities and Duties
Main Tasks Day-to-day direct marketing business for a range of food and drink clients. Client Management and Relationship Management Campaign Briefs and Proposals Liaison with Data Management and TM teams on specific work. Job Trafficking - Mailing production and management Commercial budget management Raising of PO`s from clients Building and managing client quotes Job control Developing new business from existing clients. Build strong network of contacts across each client
Key Qualifications and Skills Understanding of CRM, Telemarketing and related processes Project Management Client Service skills- ability to network and win client trust. Database, DM and TM knowledge Numerate Practical Commercial awareness A passion*interest for food and drink. A practical working knowledge of Sales Promotion mechanics and processes.
